These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for services on 4per1 and do not, however, regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than the seller who are present on the same site through links, banners or other hyperlinks. Before placing orders and purchasing products and services from different parties, we suggest that you check their conditions of sale.
In completing the registration procedures, the user undertakes to follow the instructions on the site and to provide his or her personal data in a correct and truthful manner. Confirmation will in any case exonerate 4per1 from all responsibility for the data provided by the user. The user undertakes to inform 4per1 promptly of any change in their data at any time communicated. If the user then communicates inaccurate or incomplete data, or even if there is a dispute on the part of the subjects concerned about the payments made, 4per1 will have the right not to activate or suspend the service until the relevant deficiencies have been rectified. When the first request is made to activate a profile by the user, 4per1 will assign the same username and password. The latter acknowledges that these identifiers constitute the system for validating the user's access to the Services and the only system capable of identifying the user that the acts performed through such access will be attributed to him/her and will be binding on him/her. The user undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of his access data and to keep them with due care and diligence and not to transfer them even temporarily to third parties. The payment data will be managed by Paypal, which is duly certified PCI-DSS and will perform the service on behalf of 4per1. 4per1 will proceed to charge only users (non-administrators) the amount foreseen for the purchase of the service at the end of the payment procedure. The method of debiting provides for a monthly or annual charge, depending on the choice made by the user at the time of payment. In the case of administrators, however, 4per1 will make a credit from the monthly amounts paid by the three users participating in the sharing. This credit will be made at the end of the 30-day service and only if there are no complaints from other users, due to incorrect practices of the administrator.
The services price will be the one indicated on the site. The prices of the site are inclusive of VAT. Once you have selected services, they will be added to your shopping cart. Simply follow the instructions for purchase by entering or checking the information required in each step of the process. Order details may be displayed before payment. Payment can be made only and exclusively through: Paypal.
4per1 provides a service of sharing between users that excludes buying and selling products, i. e. commercial practices. There is no requirement to withdraw from the subscription, whether monthly or annual.
The data of the purchaser are processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the specific section containing the information pursuant to art. 13 D. lgs. 30 June 2003 (Privacy Policy).
Should one of the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale be null and void for any reason whatsoever, this will in no case affect the validity and compliance with the other provisions contained in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian law, without prejudice to any other mandatory rules prevailing in the country of habitual residence of the purchaser. Consequently, the interpretation, execution and resolution of the General Conditions of Sale are exclusively subject to Italian law and any disputes inherent and/or consequent thereto shall be resolved exclusively by the Italian courts. In particular, if the purchaser is a Consumer, any disputes will have to be settled by the court of the place of domicile or residence of the customer in accordance with the applicable law.
